“I would be extremely hard pressed to find a bistro in Paris to achieve this level of excellence in their food. We were a party of four and close enough to taste each others choices. From the unusally flavorful tomato and olive soup to the endive salad and the mains which were the standout items. Duck confit which were had by three of us and the trout almondine. The confit was layered with a thick sweetish layer of rendered duck fat and the duck was tender and out of this world flavour, the trout almondine was sublime. To achieve this level of incredible taste my compliments to the chef plus the service itself was non obtrusive and efficient. All in all a lovely evening!”
